PURPOSE: Magnetic resonant imaging vertical magnetic apparatus and magnetic imaging apparatus is provided to overcome the limitation of previous magnetic resonant imaging equipment that constrain the doctor from moving to patients in fixed space easily. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic resonant imaging vertical magnetic apparatus and magnetic imaging apparatus comprises belt, cradle or the seat of chair fixed on the belt, motor, oil pressure cylinder moving the cradle or the sear of chair in perpendicular direction by the motor, vertical magnet facing each other, supporting moving parts forcing at cradle or the seat of chair, magnetic base panel supported on the oil pressure, magnetic roller, and pulley connected by pivot to the each magnetic base panel.
