PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having an excellent fluidity at a low tempera ture by compounding a vinyl chloride resin, with a graft copolymer obtained by grafting a monomer selected from an aromatic alkenyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound to a composite rubber composed of polyorganosiloxane and alkyl (meth)acrylate rubber. SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and 1-30 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing 65-400 pts.wt. of one or more monomers selected from an aromatic alkenyl compound, methacrylate and a vinyl cyanide compound to 100 pts.wt. of a composite rubber composed of 1-20 wt.% polyorganosiloxane and alkyl(metha)acrylate rubber. The insoluble part of the graft copolymer into acetone is 70-99 wt.% and the reduced viscosity of a soluble part into acetone is 0.30-0.70 dl/g at 25 deg.C in 0.2 g/100 cc of N,N-dimethylformamide. |
