NH2-MODIFIED 6-AMINOURACIL, CHLORINE-CONTAINING POLYMER COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME, STABILIZATION OF CHLORINE-CONTAINING POLYMER AND USE OF 6-AMINOURACIL COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound useful for stabilization of a chlorine- containing polymer, especially composed of a polymer of vinyl chloride, comprising a specific uracil. SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by the formula (Y is O or S; R1 and R2 are each a 1-18C alkyl, a 3-6C alkenyl, a 1-18C alkyl substitutable with 5 or not more than 5 OH groups or the like). The compound of the formula is prepared by a known method, e.g. charging 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil, 2- aminophenol chloride and diethylene glycol dimethylether and reacting at 145-155 deg.C for 75 min.
