PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double shaft rotating device by an operating shaft capable of automatically operating double shafts based on a proper operating order without considering an operating order and only if a rotating direction of the one operating shaft is specified. SOLUTION: When one operating shaft 40 is rotated in a valve opening direction R1, an auxiliary shaft side pinion 32 and a shaft 14 are rotated by a gear part 34C of an auxiliary side rotating member 34 and an auxiliary valve element 3 is opened. Next, one linking part 35 on the side of a first revolving arm part 34C is made to interfere with the other linking part 36 on the side of a second revolving arm part 33B in a main shaft side revolving member 33, a main shaft side pinion 31 and an upper valve rod 4 are rotated by a gear part 33A and a main shaft valve element is opened. By rotating the operating shaft 40 in a valve closing direction R2 and making the one linking part 35 interfere with the other linking part 36, the upper valve rod 4 is rotated in an opposite direction and the main valve element is closed. Next, an auxiliary valve element is closed by revese rotation of the auxiliary shaft side revolving member 34 according to reverse revolution of the first revolving arm part 34C.
