PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic clutch disengaging device using a seal member for reducing a cost. SOLUTION: An annular piston 6 of a hydraulic clutch disengaging device and a seal member 7 are not engaged with each other, and the annular projecting part 7c projecting in the shaft direction more than the tip part of lips is formed between upper/lower lips 7a, 7b of the seal member 7. A cutout part penetrating in the radial direction is also formed at least in one place on the circumference of the annular projecting part 7c.
