PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make muddy water difficult to enter a passage, even if muddy water directly hits it from a lower part like an automobile, and to prevent clogging of the passage by providing a thickened part at the bottom part of a suction resonator and opening a drain passage of an almost horizontal direction over a prescribed length in this thickened part. SOLUTION: A suction pipe 13 toward a lower case 12 is arranged on a lower side of the lower case 12 and a suction resonator 14 is communicated with the suction pipe 13. The suction pipe 13 and the suction resonator 14 are integrally injection-molded, and one container 14a and the other container 14b are separately molded and are vibrated and welded by a flange part 14c. The lower case 12 and the suction pipe 13 are vibrated and welded at a prescribed location. A drain passage 19 is arranged at the bottom part of the suction resonator 14 and is opened in an almost horizontal direction in a thickness part 21 molded at the bottom. As a result, also muddy water from a lower part is difficult to enter into a passage and clogging of the passage can be prevented.
