PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an opening frame to the front of a window frame to promote architectural design efficiency and, at the same time, to provide mounting structure of the opening frame whose waterproof treatment is simple. SOLUTION: A mounting structure of this opening frame is so constituted that the front of the opening frame is nearly flush with the front of external walls 5, a shutter rail groove is provided to the inside of the opening frame, gasket contact grooves 113 and 123 are provided along the rear side of the opening frame, gaskets 3 are contacted to the gasket contact grooves and, at the same time, that the opening frame is mounted so as to make press-contact between the front of a window frame 2 and the gasket.
