PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform locking and unlocking and opening operation of a shutter curtain by serial operation at an arbitrary position of the width direction of the shutter curtain. SOLUTION: A latch member 35 projected toward a rail 3 from the end of the longitudinal direction of a baseboard 7 (the width direction of a shutter curtain 5) being a constitution member is retractably provided for the shutter curtain 5 moved by engaging the edge part of both the sides of the width direction on a pair of the opposite rails 3. A locking part 37 to which the latch member 35 is locked is provided on the rail 3. The latch member 35 is connected to a swing lever 43 pivoted on the side of the baseboard 7 and retracted by the swing of the swing lever 43. A spring member 51 for projecting and urging the latch member 35 toward the rail 3 is provided. A sliding member 55 for swinging the swing lever 43 against the urging force of the spring member 51 is slidably provided along the baseboard 7. The swing lever 43 is followed by the sliding operation of the sliding member 55, and locking for the locking member 37 on the latch member 35 is released.
