PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking mechanism of a sliding door capable of making opening and closing operation by interlocking with each other in a stable state irrespective of an opening and closing control position of the door by an operator in the case the interlocking mechanism of the sliding door constituted so as to move with twice as much as an amount of moving of a side door against a center door can open and close the sliding door. SOLUTION: At least one of the ends of links to be connected is interlocked with a center door 7, two places of the outside ends of two pairs of crossing links 21 and 22 are interlocked with both sides doors 6a and 6b in a rotatable manner, and since at least one of them is interlocked with vertical guides 23a and 23b of both sides doors 6a and 6b in a slidable manner, in the case the doors are opened and closed by an operator, lateral opening and closing force acting on the doors 7, 6a and 6b can be held at two up and down places of the doors 7, 6a and 6b interlocking with the links.
