PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bright and warm living space withstanding fallen snow in winter by arranging a translucent plate on a wall face section facing the outdoor side of a sunroom communicated with a bedroom, and providing a roof covering the whole upper section. SOLUTION: A translucent plate 14 made of a glass board or a translucent resin board such as acrylic is spread in the nearly vertical direction nearly on the whole face of only a wall face section facing the outdoor side to provide a sunroom 2 as a closed space. A bedroom is provided adjacently to the sunroom 2, and the sunroom 2 and the bedroom are communicated with each other via a rotary door 4. A roof having sufficient strength is provided on the sunroom 2 to cover the whole upper section of the sunroom 2. A bright and warm living space withstanding fallen snow in winter even at a cold district can be obtained.
