PURPOSE: A diode unit for preventing leakage of electromagnetic-wave for power supply is provided to reduce production of electromagnetic-wave and the loss of heat. CONSTITUTION: The diode unit comprises diode(11) for rectifying power source, inductor(12) formed so as to cover over the diode(11), and mould member for forming the diode(11) and the inductor(12) by fixed form. Thereby, it is possible to reduce production of electromagnetic-wave according as the electromagnetic-wave is absorbed the inductor(12).
