PURPOSE: A ventilating device of a screw vacuum pump is provided to prevent a sealing and a bearing unit of a pump device from deteriorating by the leakage gas of high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The screw vacuum pump is formed by:a body(1) having a main and a slave screw rotor(11)(12) inserted into its inside; a ventilate housing(3) installed between the body(1) and a cover sieve(2); outlets(42)(43) respectively provided on the outer circumference of the ventilate housing(3), and connected with a exhausting space(34) connected with a penetrating slot(33) formed to connect through the inside of the body(1) so the exhaust gas as to be exhausted through the exhausting space(34).
