PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the penetration of dust, gravel, mud, rainwater, or cleaning water to the clearance between the outer periphery of a lid body and an inspection port to eliminate the clogging by consolidation thereof by providing a collar for blocking the clearance on the circumference of a lid body supported in the inspection port by a support member. SOLUTION: In an inspection port 2 provided at desired intervals in a passage 1, a collar 7 for blocking a slight clearance 6 formed with the inspection port circumferential wall 2a or a support frame part is provided on the circumferential upper end of a lid body 3 supported by a support frame 4. Lateral pressure moderating cutout parts 9 are provided on desired positions of the body part 8 of the lid body 3 at prescribed intervals, and a leg part 10 for supporting the lid body 3 is formed between the cutout parts 9. Since the clearance 6 formed between the inspection port part and the circumference of the lid body 3 is sealed by the collar 7 on the circumferential upper end of the lid body 3, and the lateral pressure added to the lid body 3 is moderated, not only the lid body 3 can be more easily opened, but also the possibility of contaminating a facility inspection chamber or inspection port lid chamber can be eliminated.
