摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum-base alloy sheet for deep drawing, not only capable of remarkably reducing earing rate at the time of deep drawing but also hardly causing the formation of necking ears even if the diameter reduction rate of necking is increased at the time of can manufacture. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method: in a soaking stage, an aluminum- base alloy ingot is heated to 520 to 610 deg.C; in a hot rolling stage, the ingot is hot rolled so that plate temperature at the completion of hot rolling becomes 280 to 480 deg.C; in a first cold rolling stage, the resultant plate is cold rolled at 60 to 90% rolling rate; in a first process annealing stage, the resultant sheet is heated at 280 to 380 deg.C for 1 to 30 s and annealed in continuous annealing equipment A; in a second cold rolling stage, the sheet is cold rolled at 5 to 40% rolling rate; in a second process annealing stage, the sheet is annealed at 270 to 400 deg.C for 2 to 24 hr; in a third process annealing stage, the sheet is annealed at 450 to 600 deg.C for 1 to 60 sec; and in the final cold rolling stage, cold rolling is performed at 45 to 90% rolling rate.
