EVAPORATION TYPE THICKENER FOR AQUEOUS SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the mixing of the condensed water of high-temp. vapor with the condensed water of vapor by compressing the vapor generated from an aq. soln. in an evaporator with a vapor ejector, utilizing the vapor again as a heating source and condensing the vapor by isolating the same from the high-temp. vapor which is a drive source of the vapor ejector in a water evaporator. SOLUTION: The vapor generated from the aq. soln. in the evaporator 11 is sent via a duct 29 to the heat exchanger 18 of the water evaporator 16 where the condensed water is heated and evaporated and is simultaneously condensed. A part of the vapor generated from the condensed water by heating of the heat exchanger 18 is sucked and compressed by the vapor ejector 23 driven by the high-temp vapor as the drive source and is then sent together with the high-temp. vapor via a vapor duct 26 to the heater 12 of the evaporator 11 where the vapor is utilized as its heating source. On the other hand, the remaining part of the vapor is sent via a branch duct 25a to a condenser 17 where the vapor is condensed. The vapor generated in the evaporator 11 is condensed only by the heat exchanger 18 in such a manner and, on the other hand, the high-temp. vapor which is the drive source of the vapor ejector 23 is condensed in the heater 12 without arriving at the heat exchanger 18.
