PURPOSE: An unbalance detecting device of a washing machine is provided to exactly detect the unbalance state of the washing by using a microphone at dehydrating the washing machine. CONSTITUTION: The unbalance detecting device of the washing machine comprises: a sound detecting unit(30) to detect the dehydrating nose; a control unit(31) to offer the water supply signal for performing a re-rinsing operation inside the washing tank; a motor driving unit(33) to stop the dehydrating operation according to the dehydrating stop signal offered from the control unit(31); a water supply drain driving unit(32) to supply the washing water into the washing tank according to the water supply control signal offered from the control unit.
