PURPOSE: A plastic reel is provided for a high intensity, an easy conveyance, working and recycling of natural resources. CONSTITUTION: The plastic rill comprises:a cylinder typed collar as a winding up core and a disk as a flange which are manufactured with a plastic material having a pulp; a projected part hung with a ring of which outer diameter is shorter than the inner diameter of the collar, formed on the side face of the disk; a connecting nail for connecting the disk with the collar, formed on the projected part that its connecting part is hung with the ring; a connecting hole formed around the edge of the collar.
