HIGH PRECISION CURRENT SOURCE WITH COMPENSATED TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A high precision current source with compensated temperature is provided to supply a constant current without being affected by temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: The high precision current source comprises: a controller(1) connected to a supply voltage, and for performing a bias operation or driving operation at normal operation, and for blocking current at power-down mode; a first current generator(3) for generating a first current to be inversely proportional to an absolute temperature in response to an output signal of the controller; a first current reflector(2) for reflecting the first current; a second current generator(5) for generating a second current to be proportional to the absolute temperature in response to the output signal of the controller; a second current reflector(4) for reflecting the second current; a current summer(6) for generating a third current by summing the first and the second currents output from the first and the second reflectors; and a third current reflector(7) for outputting as a final current of the current source by reflecting the third current from the current summer.
