PURPOSE: To provide the composition of supplementary particles having both merits of silica and carbon black, i.e., having the character of silica in viscoelasticity, and supplementing the hard-dispersion and hard-workability of silica to the level of carbon black. CONSTITUTION: The carbon black having, deposited on the surface thereof, silica which has a size of 0.1 to 20 nanometer in thickness and 1 to 40 nanometer in width.
