METHOD OF STUDYING ARITHMETIC USING TV

PURPOSE: A method of studying arithmetic using TV is provided to display an OSD(on-screen display) screen showing an arithmetical problem using a OSD function of TV while displaying a program of a certain channel. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: displaying an arithmetical problem on TV screen by setting a arithmetic studying mode; inputting a numeral as an answer to the arithmetical problem by operating a key; determining whether the answer is correct; changing a channel into other one if the answer is incorrect and maintaining the channel if the answer is correct; displaying a new arithmetical problem after the changing of the channel; inputting a new answer to the new arithmetical problem and determining whether the answer is correct; and changing the channel into the original one if the answer is correct. Thereby, the channel is maintained only when the answer is correct so that a user can visually study arithmetic using TV.
