PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest whose incorporation is easy by providing a gas bag module with a unit comprising a gas bag and a gas generator, and a module pad at least partially defining a headrest pad on the front surface of the headrest. SOLUTION: A gas bag module 3 is provided with a gas generator 2 and a module pad 13 made of a foaming material, and the module pad 13 integrally has a folded gas bag 6 connected with the gas generator 2. A base body 1 of the headrest has a body 10, and the body 10 is provided with a base body pad 8 made of a foaming material. A housing of the gas bag module 3 is engaged with a recess of the base body pad 8. In addition, the module pad 13 is engaged with a receiving means of the base body 1 of the headrest, and, a part of a headrest padding and end surface of the base body 1 on the front surface and a headrest pad on the front surface 14 of the headrest are formed together.
