PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC-BASED EXTRUSION MOLDED EXTERIOR ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic-based extrusion molded exterior article in which cost reduction is contrived and also necessary precision is secured by removing an exclusive tray and an exclusive rack necessitated at every product different in a sectional shape from service and finishing production by a single tray and rack. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the ceramic-based extrusion exterior article, cement-based material is extruded into a flat shape and curing is performed. Thereafter, this molding 2 is cut into the cutting materials 2a, 2b and 2c in the prescribed positions. The cutting materials 2a, 2b and 2c are formed into the extrusion exterior article 6 having a prescribed sectional shape by mutually bonding and working the corresponding cut face parts of the obtained respective cutting materials 2a, 2b and 2c.
