PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by fixing a support member to an existing outer wall located above a first floor portion, directly sticking a new outer wall panel mounted on the support member to the surface of the existing outer wall, and covering the lower end of the outer wall panel with a parting material. SOLUTION: A support member 20 constituted of a fixed piece 22 and a mount piece 23 is fixed to an existing outer wall 1 located above a first floor portion by screws 21. The screws 21 are screwed into a steel frame 11 through the siding material 12 of an existing outer wall panel 5. A new outer wall panel 2 mounted on the support member 20 is directly stuck to the surface of the existing outer wall 1. The sticking work of the outer wall panel 2 can be conducted with the lower end of the outer wall panel 2 positioned. A parting material 24 covering the lower end of the outer wall panel 2 is fitted to the stuck outer wall panel 2. The outer wall panel 2 can be stuck to the existing outer wall 1 simply and precisely, and an execution property can be improved.
