PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize bathing residual water by mounting one end part of a piping on a second feed port opposite to a first feed port connected to a feed water piping of first and second feed ports formed in a low tank, and connecting the other end part to the discharge port of a submerged pump to feed water. SOLUTION: Only service water of good quality is used for a ball tap conduit, and fed thereto through a first feed port 1. Bathing residual hot water, well water, rainwater, neutral water or recycled water is fed through a feed elbow mounted on a second feed port 2 as extending water. The feed elbow is fixed to the wall of a low tank 12 by a lock nut so that the water flow is not directly or indirectly touched to a structure within the low tank 12. BY using well water only as extending water and only service water of good quality containing no foreign matter for the ball tap conduit, the failure can be eliminated, and the well water can be used.
