PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do work for preventing the breakage of the connection of an existing pipe or preventing the leakage of water without interrupting the distribution of a pipe passage. SOLUTION: Segment rings 7, 9 in a shape of covering a drain pipe 3 are assembled with a flexible segment 7b and a steel segment 9a in the form of connecting the segment rings 7, 9 in series in the directions of arrowmarks A, B. The segment ring 7 and a drain tank 2 are fixed together and a buffer material 20 is installed to be arranged between each of the segment rings 7, 9 and a pipe connection 5.
