PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing machine with no odor and no solid urinary calculus deposit by sterilizing and washing a closet with sterilizing treatment water obtained by electrolyzing electrolyte including salt water after stool or periodically. SOLUTION: An electrolysis solution storage means 1 for storing a solution containing electrolyte, an electrolysis means 2 incorporated with at least a pair of electrodes for electrolyzing solution containing electrolyte, a discharge means 3 for discharging treatment water electrolyzed by the electrolysis means 2 into a stool A and a control means 4 for controlling these processes. In this way, sterilization and washing of the stool A are ensured.
