PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily unseal a packaging bag made of vinyl, polyethylene or the like which is closely stuck so as to be difficult to unseal. SOLUTION: A plurality of cuts 3 are made on an unsealing part 2. Thus adhesion in the vicinity of the unsealing part 2 is reduced, whereby overlaps in tight contact can be pinched between fingers and easily shifted, and they can be easily peeled by picking. The cuts may be either at the right angle to a cut line to be an opening or at a certain angle. Two or more cut lines may be made in different directions not only in the same direction.
