PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degassing packaging bag especially suitable for packaging feathers, wool, cotton, sponge or the like, for packaging objects wherein contents must be prevented from coming out using a filter at the time of degasification. SOLUTION: When two rectangular plastic films are overlaid in the degassing packaging bag 1, a nonwoven cloth 2 is placed inside in parallel to one of their sides, an end and the other end of the nonwoven cloth 2 are respectively heat-sealed with respective internal faces of a surface sheet and a rear sheet so that the nonwoven cloth 2 may partition a content storage space 4 and a degassing space 5, and peripheries 3 except a receiving opening 6 and a degassing opening 7 are heat-sealed and stuck.
