PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collapse a seat back forward while both ends are fitted to a luggage room even when a covering member is not so long, and to easily deliver a luggage to/from the luggage room. SOLUTION: Both ends of a tonneau cover body 11 to cover a luggage room 10 are fitted to both side walls 10a of the luggage room 10, one end of the covering member is attached to the tonneau cover body, the other end is attached to a pole, and the pole is slidably inserted in a first sliding groove 17 provided in both side walls 10a of the luggage room 10, and the pole is movably installed on both side walls 10a of the luggage room 10 in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. The tonneau cover body is also installed movably in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body by inserting its support shaft 11a in a second sliding groove 18 formed in both side walls 10a of the luggage room 10.
