PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the absorbing power of water and oil, a heating effect, durability, etc., by including conductive particles in a surface layer in a cooking sheet made of the surface layer, a film layer and an absorbing layer. SOLUTION: The cooking sheet to be used at the time of heating foods with a microwave oven, etc., is made four-layered structure obtained by additionally providing a liquid impermeable sheet 4 at the lowest layer of three-layered structure obtained by laminating the surface layer 1 containing the conductive particles, the film layer 2 and the absorbing layer 3. As the conductive particles, carbon black, activated carbon, titanium nitride, indium-tin oxide, etc., can be used and those are used singly or by combining at least two kinds of them. The sheet 4 is used at need and polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, a paper obtained by laminating those, etc., can be used for it.
