<p>PURPOSE: An integrated semiconductor circuit having junction surface is provided to provide an integrated semiconductor circuit which input and output parameters of the junction surface are controlled under low costs. CONSTITUTION: The integrated semiconductor circuit having junction surface comprises: the first dope type substrate(1); a junction surface(3) for inputting or outputting signals to be processed and suppling distributed potential; plural doping areas(4,5,6,7) having contrary doping type to that of the substrate(1); and a layer consisted of plural polysilicon layers(8,9,10,22) on the doping areas(4,5,6,7).</p> |
