PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lie down in a position extremely similar to a standing-up position and improve comfortableness for sleeping by providing a pad, which is butted to a body from lumbar vertebrae to buttocks, on a liquid bag provided on a part of a mat utilizing fluid pressure. SOLUTION: A liquid bag 11 is arranged roughly in the center of a body width direction and in the center of a trunk direction of a mat utilizing fluid pressure 1, and an urethane mat is arranged around it, that is in front, rear and both sides. The urethane mat 12 controls a position of the periphery of the liquid bag 11, a hard urethane or soft urethane is used as necessary. A mounting position of the trunk direction of the liquid bag 11 extends from shoulder blades M1 to buttocks M3 of an average Japanese. A pad 13 is provided in an area from a waist M2 to buttocks M3 when a person having an average body size lies down. Thereby, comfortableness for sleeping can be improved, bedsores can be prevented and a posture can be cured.
