PURPOSE: A device for combining a PCB substrate is provided to combine the PCB substrate to a control box easily and firmly and to prevent an electric short-cut from generating on the PCB substrate. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner is formed by:a cabinet(1) separated to an indoor side and an outdoor side; an indoor side vent hole(4) formed in the indoor side; a control box(10) controlling a window typed air conditioner; a PCB substrate(19) combined to inside of the box; a PCB cover(101) protecting the PCB substrate; a PCB substrate combining instrument combining the PCB substrate; and a PCB cover combining instrument combining the PCB cover to the inside of the control box.
