PURPOSE: An active and a passive plastic sensors are provided to prevent a moisture from flowing in, to manufacture simply, and to lower manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A plastic sensor contains: a first housing unit being manufactured by a plastic or a coil member(2) for storing a permanent magnet(3), two electrode shoes(4), a coil(5), and a contacting body(6); a second injection molding housing unit(7) being manufactured by the plastic; the contacting body being connected to an electric conductive body(9) containing an insulating material(10) by a crimping connecting unit(8); the second housing unit being extended toward the outside through a nozzle(11) being injection molding shaped around the contacting body; and the nozzle containing a rib(12) to be interlocked firmly to the second housing unit being used for sealing and for deciding the location of the insulating material and the conductive body in the second housing. Therefore, an electric element is prevented from being replaced from its own location while an injection molding, and the location of the component is corrected to the first housing unit and to the sensor precisely. |
