PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a panel fabricating method are provided to prevent a loss of a transparent electrode in a part. CONSTITUTION: The plasma display panel comprises: a pair of substrates(10, 20) disposed so as to look at each other with a discharge space interposed therebetween; and a transparent electrode(11), a bus electrode(12) and a dielectric layer(14) covering the electrodes(11, 12), wherein the transparent electrode, a bus electrode and the dielectric layer are formed on at least one of the substrates(10, 20) of the pair; and wherein a main component of the bus electrode and a main component of the transparent electrode are contained in the dielectric layer.
