CONSTITUTION: A poly-oxyalkylene monoalkylether satisfies a ratio of S1/S0 equal or smaller than 0.15 while an L is the shortest distance from the greatest refractive rate strength maximum point to a base line in a gel infiltrating chromatogram, a peak area S1 from an eruption starting point to a highest speed eruption period of L/3 of refractive rate strength in the chromatogram, and a peak area S0 from the eruption starting point to the highest refractive rate strength maximum point.
