PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a spout insusceptible to damage in its thin-walled part even when the vibration is transmitted to the thin-walled part to be unsealed in effecting the ultrasonic-sealing of a flange of the spout to a container. SOLUTION: A movable sleeve core 22 to form a thin-walled part is movably provided in a forming space 12 of a die 11A to effect the injection-molding of a spout so that its tip is projected therein, the movable sleeve core 22 is slightly drawn while a resin is injected so as to easily flow the resin, and after the resin is ejected, the movable sleeve core 22 is pressed to a specified position to form the thin-walled part of a specified thickness. No unreasonable force is applied to the thin-walled part of the obtained spout, the residual stress is small, and the spout is insusceptible to damage. |
