PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition maintaining good impact resistance and heat resistance, capable of exhibiting excellent thermal deterioration resistance for a long period, and useful for various kinds of molded products by adding a specific agent to the polymer alloy of a polycarbonate resin and a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 10-45 wt.% of a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin obtained by graft-polymerizing (Z1) an aromatic vinyl compound, (Z2) a vinyl cyanide compound or (Z3) a monomer capable of being copolymerized therewith to a rubbery polymer in a graft rate of 10-100%, (B) 5-30 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin obtained by copolymerizing the monomers Z1, Z2 and Z3 in a Z1/Z2/Z3 ratio of 50-90/10-20/0-30, (C) 50-70 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin, and (D) a thermal aging-preventing agent. Therein, the component D is contained in an amount of 0-2 wt.% per 100 wt.% of the total amount of the components A, B and C, and the content of the monomer Z2 is 3-12 wt.%, based on the total amount of the composition.
