发明名称 OLEFIN-BASED THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which is excellent in seratch resistance and does not give surface tackiness by comprising a polypropylene resin and anα-olefin copolymer rubber, containing specific amounts of a partially cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer, a polybutene-1 resin and whether-resistant stabilizer and subjecting to one-piece molding with a base material. SOLUTION: A composition contains 10-30 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin and 70-90 pts.wt. of anα-olefin copolymer rubber and 65-95 pts.wt. of a partially cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer, 5-35 pts.wt. of polybutene-1 and 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a weathering stabilizer such as a UV absorber, a UV stabilizer and a light stabilizer having an m.p. of 100 deg.C or more and the like. This composition can be molded in one-pipe by successive injection molding with a base layer of a polyolefin resin or a resin composition of a polyolefin resin and 0.1-50 wt.% of an inorganic filler such as clay. Theα-olefin copolymer rubber is an ethylene/2-20Cα-olefin copolymer rubber and preferably has a Mooney viscosity (ML1-4 100 deg.C) of 10-250.
