PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a T1 emphasized image in which image resolution per unit time is improved by providing a sequence execution means executing a pulse sequencer based on an image pickup parameter controlling intensity of longitudinal magnetization of a spin just before impression of a flip pulse to be substantially constant. SOLUTION: To make longitudinal magnetization Mz just before a flip pulse is impressed constant in a state that a phase encode does not exist in k space, image pickup parameters T1, TR, TE andαare preliminarily calculated and optimized. Namely, fluctuation of components of a spatial frequency on k space is reduced and substantially constant signal intensity is made for each phase encode in a state that the phase encode does not exist. As a result, both of SNR, T1 contrast per unit time of an image (that is, when scan time is the same) and spatial resolution are improved, even if a non-load dummy pulse is not used as a conventional way. At the same time, a calculation of a T1 value, that is, an advantage that quantification of tissue blond flow by an ASL method becomes easy is provided.
