PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall panel of a building which can prevent elongation of a decorative panel even when the temperature of the panel rises. SOLUTION: This external wall panel 11 is provided with a frame-shaped framework 12, a decorative panel 13 formed at the front face side of the framework 12, and a fire-resistant panel 14 formed at the rear face side of the framework 12. An urethane foamed body 16 is filled in the box body 15 formed by these decorative panel 13, framework 12, and fire-resistant panel 14. The fire- resistant panel 14 is formed inside the lower flange 12B of the framework 12.
