PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent die development of rest on a disk rotor surface, and to reduce brake noise, abnormal sound judder and the like caused in operating a brake, in a disk brake system. SOLUTION: In a brake system wherein a caliper piston 4 is internally provided in a caliper body 3 arranged across a disk rotor 2, a braking metal 5 is provided on the front surface of the caliper piston 4 and the inside of the caliper body 3 which faces the caliper piston 4, and a brake lining material 6 is stuck on the entire contacting surface of the disk rotor 2. A round part is formed on the peripheral corner part of the front surface of the braking metal 5.
