ELECTROCONDUCTIVE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition with excellent electroconductivity, moldability and heat resistance by including e.g. a noncrystalline thermoplastic resin of a low glass transition temperature and a mixture of a low-melting metal and a high-melting metal. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 20-55 vol.% of a noncrystalline thermoplastic resin such as styrene-based resin or methyl methacrylate-based resin pref. free from any rubbery polymer and having a glass transition temperature of <=200 deg.C and/or crystalline thermoplastic resin pref. such as olefin-based resin <=200 deg.C in melting point and 45-80 vol.% of a mixture of (B) a metal <=250 deg.C in melting point and (C) a 2nd metal >250 deg.C in melting point.
