PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an assembling paper case suitable for holding plastic bags to be stored therein. SOLUTION: Folding flaps formed extendedly to the upper edge of a pair of side faces 4 and 6 facing each other and having a round hole on its center are folded into a case, and folding flap outer side sections are so set as to pass the axial center of the round hole and folded back on folding-in lines to form folding pieces 30 formed of the folding flap main bodies and the folding flap outer sections. The ends of both folding pieces 30 are brought into contact each other on the center of the upper face of the case, and notches of semi-circular shape of both folding pieces 30 are brought into contact each other to form a round hole on the center of the upper face of the case, and a plastic bag pouring mouth section is inserted into the round hole formed on the upper face and a cap K is screwed thereon.
