PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear suspension device which is excellent in the layout and which is also excellent in the suspension performance. SOLUTION: Since one end of a lateral link member 14 is installed in the intermediate part of a radius arm member 10, the change in the angle of the lateral link member 14 per unit stroke amount in a vehicle backface view is smaller in comparison with a case where the lateral link member is directly installed in a wheel supporting body 8. Thus, the change in the height of a roll center due to the stroke of the lateral link member is reduced in conformity with a reduction in the change in angle of the lateral link member 14 due to the stroke in a vehicle backface view, and thus a rear suspension device which is excellent in the layout and which is also excellent in the suspension performance, can be obtained.
