PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked mold favorable for promotion of discharge a powder and granular material in a non-solidified condition and promotion of solidification of a molten metal, and to provide a casting method using the stacked mold. SOLUTION: In a stacked mold 100, a scattering layer formed by scattering a powder and granular material is irradiated with the irradiation energy to form a solidified layer, and a casting cavity is molded by stacking solidified layers. The stacked mold 100 is provided with a discharge path 110 or an opening part 130 to discharge the non-solidified powder and granular material which is communicated with a casting cavity 100a, and chillers 400, 420 are arranged in the discharge path 110 or the opening part 130.
