PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control constantly an object to be controlled as instructed by an operator by a quick corrective steering following the operation of a stick lever even during delay operation. SOLUTION: A transmitter 2 is equipped with a trim switch 8 that changes the servo output of a servo device of each channel to the neutral positions of levers 7A, 7B of a stick device 7. An operation processing means 4 stores more than one kind of characteristic data showing servo outputs to the manipulated variables of the levers 7A, 7B switchable with a selector trim switch 8. The operation processing means 4 delays an offset of the quantity of mixing by the trim switch 8 when the lever 7A (or 7B) is not operated to not less than a set value and the selector switch switches to characteristic data matching the operating condition of the object to be controlled, and suspends delay and sends servo outputs of characteristic data corresponding to the manipulated variable of the lever 7A (or 7B) when the lever 7A (or 7B) is operated to not less than a set value.
