PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish baking bread of a good quality as user desires by forming a bread case and an oven case with transparent materials to observe a state inside of the bread case to properly extend necessary time in each process of mixing, fermenting and baking. SOLUTION: At the time of baking bread, a blade 6 is fitted in the bread case 2, materials for bread is put into the case 2, the case 2 and the oven case 3 are set to the main body 1 of a bread baking main body 1 and a lid 4 is mounted. At the time of starting bread baking operation, the mixing process is executed first and when this mixing process is finished, the operation shifts to the fermenting process. At this time the mixing condition of bread dough is confirmed with eyes through the transparent cases 2 and 3. At the time of feeling that mixing is not sufficient, an additional key is pressed to set an additional time setting mode to execute the mixing process by adding the portion of the time set with a timer key. In addition, a fermenting condition, a baking condition, etc., are visually confirmed like this way to properly adjust the operation continuing time of each process.
