PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembling man-hour and to prevent entering of steam into an operating substrate part by adding a lid body function to an operation part arranged at the upper part of a main body, providing an outward recessed part at its lid, providing a control substrate in this recessed part and covering the recessed part with a display part larger than this control substrate. SOLUTION: The recessed part is provided outwardly at the lid, the control substrate (operation substrate) 46 and operation keys are arranged in this recessed part and in addition the recessed part is covered with a display panel 52 larger than a surface area equivallent to the projecting area of the substrate 46 housed in the recessed part. Thus, steam generated inside of the lid is prevented from giving influence to the substrate 46 and the three-dimensional shape of the panel 52 is realized to improve designability. Namely, in order to eliminate the influence of water to a microcomputer, etc., arranged on the substrate 46, the recessed part is integrally formed at the lid and the display panel 52 displaying rice cooking and other cooking menus is arranged on the surface of the lid. In addition, the substrate 46 is support-fixed by a substrate fixing rib provided at a lid cover 55.
