PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerable and heat sealable multilayered material made of a polyester resin. SOLUTION: A regenerable multilayered material suitable for producing a container of a beverage or food contains a foamed layer of a polyester resin with a density of 700 kg/m3 or less and the film of a polyester resin bonded to the foamed sheet and a fold pattern capable of obtaining the shape of the container by folding is applied to the multilayered material. The polyester film is formed from polyester with an m.p. of 50-200 deg.C.
